Los Angeles, CA, June 23, 1997 – The Board of Directors of Westfield America, Inc. (NYSE: WEA) today declared a dividend for the period from May 21, 1997, through the second quarter ended June 30, 1997, of $0.157 per share ($1.40 per share on an annual basis). The dividend is payable on July 30, 1997, to shareholders of record on July 3, 1997.
