This high-quality portfolio of 41 centres is valued at $53.4 billion and has around 11,500 retailers in more than 3.7 million square metres of retail space. The Group’s centres have strong positions in their local markets with geographic, retail and economic diversity providing a consistent income stream. The centres are located in prime trade areas, anchored by long-term tenancies with key retailers and incorporate a wide range of luxury and ‘high-street’ retailers integrated with fashion, dining, leisure and entertainment.
