Appointment of non-executive Director, Karim Temsamani
The Board of Scentre Group (ASX: SCG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Karim Temsamani as an independent non-executive Director, effective 1 September 2026.
Scentre Group Chair Ilana Atlas AO said: “We are delighted to welcome Karim to the Board.
“Karim brings extensive global executive experience building and scaling businesses in the areas of
technology, digital advertising, payment platforms and cyber security.
“Karim is currently President, Next Generation Security, Palo Alto Networks. He previously held executive
leadership positions at Cardlytics, Stripe and Google.
“We look forward to Karim’s contribution to our Board.”
Mr Temsamani will stand for election at the Group’s 2027 AGM. Mr Temsamani’s biography is attached.
