NSW State Coroner - Bondi Junction Inquest

Scentre Group acknowledges the release of the NSW State Coroner’s Findings and Recommendations.

As the Bondi Junction Inquest concludes, we again express our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the six innocent people who lost their lives, and to all those affected by the devastating attack on 13 April 2024.

We recognise the brave and courageous actions of many of our team members and business partners in their response on the day of the attack, along with members of the public, first responders and NSW Police.

The impact of the attack on our community and people has been profound, and the process of healing and recovery continues for many.

We fully supported the careful process undertaken by the NSW Coroner to reflect, learn and understand how public safety could be improved in the future.

The Group will review the final Inquest report in detail.

The safety of our customers, business partners and people remains our highest priority.
