Scentre Group receives 5-star rating in GRESB for sixth consecutive year

We have once again received a 5-star rating in the 2025 GRESB Real Estate Assessment, Development. This is the sixth consecutive year that we have been placed within the top 20% of the Development benchmark.

We have also continued to achieve a Green Star designation across both the Standing Investments and Development benchmarks.

Since 2014, Scentre Group has achieved a 41% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions across its Westfield destinations.

We have on-site solar installations at nine Westfield destinations across our portfolio with a total solar generation capacity of 12.2MW.

In 2024, we diverted 52% of waste from operations from landfill and this year we introduced a strategic water efficiency plan to reduce water intensity across our destinations.
