Recognised as a Platinum Employer

Scentre Group was recognised as a Platinum Employer at the 2026 Australian Workplace Equality Index Awards event.

Our CEO, Elliott Rusanow said: “We are thrilled to have been recognised as a Platinum Employer in the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI).

“The AWEI is the national benchmark on LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion and Platinum is the highest ranking.

“This recognises our long-term commitment to valuing diversity and nurturing an inclusive culture where everyone belongs.

Each year Scentre Group takes part in the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI), a national benchmark of LGBTQ workplace inclusion. Our employer ranking is based on a submission about our inclusion initiatives and the results of a survey completed by our people which gauges the impact of our work.

Scentre Group is one of 28 organisations awarded the prestigious Platinum Tier this year, including organisations such as Australian Taxation Office (ATO), Capgemini, Deloitte, EY Oceania, Fujitsu Australia, Macquarie University, MinterEllison, NAB, PwC, Queensland Department of Education, QBE Insurance, RMIT University, Special Broadcasting Service (SBS), The University of Queensland, and UNSW Sydney.
