We align with global sustainability frameworks to support greater transparency and shareholder awareness of our progress. Being rated against our peers and competitors provides us with an opportunity to learn and improve.

We reference the Global Reporting Initiative standards and complete the following ratings and benchmarking surveys.

In 2025, received a 5-star rating in the 2025 GRESB Real Estate Assessment, Development. We also achieved a Green Star designation across both the Standing Investments and Development benchmarks.

Scentre Group has maintained an ISS ESG Corporate Rating of Prime Status over the last six years.

In 2025, Scentre Group achieved an AA rating in the MSCI ESG Rating assessment.

Scentre Group achieved an average Retail NABERS Energy rating of 4.5 stars in 2025.

Scentre Group has used the NABERS energy program to track the energy efficiency of our centres and benchmark our performance across regions since 2017.

Scentre Group also uses NABERS water rating to support water efficiencies.

Scentre Group is included in Sustainalytics’ 2025 Top-Rated Companies List in its region and industry. We have maintained a Negligible risk rating over the last five years and are ranked in the top 5% of retail estate companies globally.
