We invest in a range of learning and development programs to develop leadership and technical capability. Our leaders are encouraged and expected to support their people to succeed to the best of their ability.
We have a Female Leaders program. This program supports our female talent to be ready for broader roles across our business. The six-month program includes group workshops, a 360-degree leadership assessment with targeted development, peer buddy check-ins and executive leader sponsorship. The program content focuses on self-leadership, self-certainty, resilience and influencing.
All Scentre Group employees (including permanent full time, part time employees, casual and set-term contractors) are required to complete the following mandatory training:
- Code of Conduct – annually
- Privacy Fundamentals – annually
- Cyber Smart Training – annually
- Life Safety Fundamentals – every three years.
We offer training and education support including up to 10 days leave and $6,000 study assistance.
