Experience

Catherine has extensive business experience across a number of sectors and as an executive was a senior investment banker. Catherine was previously non-executive Chair of AMP Limited and a non‑executive director of ASX companies including Boral Limited and Coca-Cola Amatil Limited. She was also a Trustee of the Sydney Opera House Trust, the Art Gallery of NSW and other public and private organisations in the mining, financial services, property, biotech, logistics, visual and performing arts, education and government sectors. Catherine also served as a member of the Takeovers Panel.
