Attracting talent

We leverage employee referrals, as well as agency partners, alongside our dedicated Talent team to source and recruit high-performing talent.

We want candidates to be brand advocates based on their experience with us. To monitor the experience we provide to candidates, we follow candidate feedback on two external channels: SEEK and Glassdoor. We also have our own candidate net promoter score measure.

Retaining talent

We keep in touch with our people’s views through a comprehensive Engagement and Listening Strategy. This strategy uses a mix of virtual and in person forums to engage, listen and respond. “You Can Ask That” events offer our people the opportunity to ask our CEO anything.

In addition, we continue to receive ongoing feedback about our culture and the people experience from our more than 600 people leaders and Employee Resource Groups.
