Our Retail Administration team is an integral part of the Leasing process actively managing a portfolio of approximately 11,000 retailers and perform over 4,000 new leasing transactions annually.
When you partner with Scentre Group, our specialised industry leading Retail Administration team will provide expert support to you through the negotiating process, documenting and administering of leasing transactions.
Key service areas include:
• Facilitation of the documentation process
• Facilitate between parties for compliance
• Provide an after care service.
