Scentre Group owns and operates a leading platform of 42 Westfield destinations with 37 located in Australia and five in New Zealand.
20 million people live within close proximity to a Westfield centre and each destination is different, reflecting the diverse needs of its customers and community. Everyday our Centre Experience team work together to deliver an extraordinary customer experience for people who choose to spend their time with us – in 2022 we welcomed 480 million customer visits.
Located in each of our centres, this team is comprised of many different roles, each as important as the next, and all focused on constantly improving the customer experience we are proud to deliver.
This includes:
Centre and retail management – our centre and retail management team lead our Centre Experience teams to deliver exceptional customer service while also building close relationships with retail partners to support their success.
Finance – we have finance team members embedded into our Destination teams so they truly understand the day-to-day operations and can see the impact of their work on the customer experience.
Facilities – our facilities management team members manage and maintain the infrastructure in each of our assets, playing an important role keeping our Westfield destinations safe and comfortable.
Risk and Security – our security team members are an integral part of our frontline Customer Experience team acting as an important touch point for our customers while also maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Services – this team is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at multiple touchpoints in our Westfield destinations including valet, concierge and carparks.
Marketing – every centre has dedicated marketing team members who activate our Westfield destinations to proactively connect with our communities and create engaging experiences for customers.

Our centre-based roles offer great breadth of skill development and the vibrancy of working in a destination visited by millions of people each year. As part of the centre management team you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and learn from our Centre Managers and Retail Managers, in addition to the broader specialist teams you're a part of.
