Our marketing team:
designs and delivers unique customer events and experiences to drive engagement
works with community organisations for the benefit of our local communities
creates digital content and manages Westfield social accounts
partners with retailers to market their brands to Westfield customers.
Every Westfield has a Community Plan that features a schedule of brand activations and community engagement activities, including cultural days of significance and initiatives that bring support and awareness to broader community challenges.

Our centre-based marketing roles offer great breadth of skill development and the vibrancy of working in a destination visited by millions of people each year. As part of the centre management team you will also learn from our Centre Managers and Retail Managers, in addition to the broader Marketing team.
We promote talent from within, and with a solid understanding of our physical destinations and customers, you can choose to pursue a marketing career, move into more specialist digital or content marketing roles, or even do something completely different and go into centre management roles. Anything is possible and exploring opportunities is encouraged.
