Our development team assesses and acquires property for Scentre Group. They work collaboratively with our design, construction, leasing and management teams to develop the vision, and identify and maximise value creation opportunities for each of our Westfield destinations.
This includes negotiating major tenants’ long-term leases, achieving planning consent and development approvals, managing government planning, finances and the centre valuation process.
We have a future retail development pipeline of $4 billion.
