Alex Belcastro

Alex Belcastro is our Director, Development and Asset Management.

Alex was appointed Director, Development and Asset Management in May 2026.

Alex has 20 years’ experience working in real estate across regulated, income-producing property portfolios.

Most recently, Alex was Senior Vice President, Development & Precincts for Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT. Prior to this, Alex was Chief Business Development Officer at Ramsay Health Care, where she managed a multi-billion dollar development pipeline across 74 assets nationally. Her career has also included roles with Johnstaff Projects and Brookfield Multiplex.

Alex holds a Master of Construction Management and a Bachelor of Planning and Design (Property and Construction) both from The University of Melbourne. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of Chief Executive Women.
