Maureen McGrath
Maureen was appointed Company Secretary of Scentre Group in June 2014.
Prior to the establishment of Scentre Group, Maureen was General Counsel, Corporate and Compliance, Westfield Group.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Jurisprudence from the University of New South Wales.
Maureen is a Fellow and Life Member of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
