Lillian Fadel

Lillian Fadel is Chief Operating Officer of Scentre Group.

Lillian was appointed Chief Operating Officer in November 2025. Prior to this, she was Group Director Customer, Community and Destination, Director of Customer Experience, and Group General Manager of Customer Experience.

Lillian has worked in the retail property industry for more than 27 years performing leadership roles in workplace health and safety, procurement, facilities, customer experience and development and strategic asset management. She has 25 years of experience working across different roles for Scentre Group and Westfield Australia.

Lillian holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of New South Wales and an Executive MBA from the University of Technology Sydney. She is a member of Chief Executive Women.
