Andrew Clarke

Andrew Clarke is Chief Financial Officer of Scentre Group.

Andrew has over 20 years’ senior leadership experience across finance, real estate and capital markets in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and New Zealand.

Prior to his appointment as CFO, Andrew was responsible for leading the Group’s finance, group planning, treasury, investor relations, corporate development, capital transactions, commercial retail management and energy and renewables functions as Director Finance & Capital Markets.

Andrew first joined Westfield in 2005 and between 2012 and 2014 was CFO for Westfield Australia and New Zealand.

Following the establishment of Scentre Group, Andrew held a number of senior executive leadership roles across finance, technology, business development and commercial partnerships.

Andrew is the co-executive leader of the Group’s Responsible Business (ESG) strategy and Chair of the Group’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Victoria, New Zealand) and is a Chartered Accountant (Australia and New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants).
