Paul Giugni
Paul Giugni is Group General Counsel of Scentre Group.
Paul was appointed General Counsel of Scentre Group in June 2014. Prior to the establishment of Scentre Group, Paul was General Counsel, Australia and New Zealand, Westfield Group. Paul joined Westfield Group in September 1998. Prior to joining Westfield Group, Paul was a solicitor at Freehill Hollingdale and Page (now Herbert Smith Freehills).
Paul holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Sydney.
He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and Member of the Australian Institute Company Directors.
