Elliott Rusanow

Elliott Rusanow was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Scentre Group on 1 October 2022.

Elliott first joined Scentre Group in April 2019 when he was appointed Chief Financial Officer leading the Group’s finance, treasury, investor relations and capital transaction functions.

Prior to Scentre Group, Elliott was the Chief Financial Officer of Westfield Corporation, based in the United States.

Elliott’s career with Westfield spans more than two decades. He joined Westfield in 1999 and has held a number of senior executive leadership roles based in Sydney, London and Los Angeles including the roles of Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Head of Corporate Finance, Director Finance United Kingdom & Europe and Director of Investor Relations & Equity Markets.

Prior to Westfield, Elliott worked at Bankers Trust Australia Limited.

Elliott is Deputy Chair of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia, a Director of the Property Council of Australia and is a Member of The Champions of Change Property Group. He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Elliott holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of New South Wales.
