Maria Stamoulis

Maria Stamoulis is Director Human Resources at Scentre Group.

Maria was appointed Director Human Resources in April 2022. Maria joined Scentre Group (previously Westfield) in February 2012 as the National Talent Manager to evolve the newly created Talent function inhouse. In October 2012 she was appointed to Head of Human Resources Operations incorporating all operating teams across Australia and New Zealand. In this role she established the People Champions network to support the leader-led HR model and expand the human resources capability across the business. In 2016, Maria was appointed to General Manager Human Resources Operations.

Prior to joining Scentre Group, Maria held senior HR leadership roles with Woolworths, Metcash, The Just Group, Jetset Travel World and The Star. She is a previous Board Director of Cricket NSW (2015-2019).

Maria has a Bachelor of Economics/HRM and Industrial Relations. She is a member of Chief Executive Women.
